Courtney N. Rudolph Associate

Courtney Rudolph is a RPWB associate attorney who focuses on medical malpractice cases. She is empathetic about the struggles her clients are going through and is driven to help them achieve justice and receive the help they deserve.

Courtney is most passionate about helping individual clients during their time of need. She views her role as being a fierce advocate for people who are going through the hardest challenges in their lives, and finds the work incredibly rewarding because it directly helps people who need it the most.

Prior to joining RPWB, she worked as a prosecutor, corporate defense attorney and as a personal injury attorney, all of which gave her a unique perspective of how to present compelling cases that will maximize the compensation to her clients.

In 2023, she was named a Best Lawyers One to Watch, which is a designation for up-and-coming attorneys.

Courtney attended law school at Loyola where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. During her time at Loyola, she was an oralist for the Environmental Moot Court Team, which advanced to the semi-final round in the national competition. Courtney also participated in the Prosecution Clinic, where she was able to litigate as a prosecutor under the supervision of experienced practitioners at the New Orleans District Attorney’s Office.  Courtney clerked for a Plaintiff’s firm which specialized in mass tort litigation throughout the United States and interned for the New Orleans Saints, though her loyalty as a Carolina Panthers fan never wavered.

Outside the office, Courtney enjoys traveling, taking walks in Charleston and playing fantasy football. She is married to Fred Stone, who operates several businesses in the Holy City.
